Howdy, I’m Emily

I grew up in a family with military roots that was constantly moving- What began as a dread of starting over in new places transformed into a passion for exploration and a need for new experiences. I am an avid skier, hiker, camper, and traveler. Those who know me, know I can’t sit still. The purpose of this blog is to take as many people as I can on this journey with me and spark a sense of adventure for those hesitant to take their first step in travel.

I now call Austin, Texas home — where outdoor activities are in abundance, the sun is endless. Life here is still delightfully chaotic in all the right ways, and I wouldn’t trade it for anything
